Benefits of our services:
- • Improved compliance.
- • Therapists can evaluate a patient in their REAL natural environment, hands-on therapy in the comfort and privacy of home.
- • Patients do not have to travel to a clinic thus making it more time efficient.
- • Elimination of disruptions from other clients, phone calls, etc…
- • Typical in home sessions are one hour of one on one treatment from a licensed therapist, registered nurse, or certified home health assistant.
- • Get the individualized attention you deserve and pay for.
- • No more sharing time with a therapist bouncing back and forth between multiple patients.
- • Exercises designed to meet specific needs.
- • We promote continuity of care regardless of the situation. Whether homebound or not we have contracts with Home Health Agencies so a patient may maintain their “own” therapist throughout the plan of care.
This allows for effective treatment sessions and reduces the possibility of injury.
Following surgery, having a therapist come to the home may eliminate complications of driving a car or having to negotiate dangerous obstacles on your way to an outpatient clinic.
In our experience, patients love the convenience of in home therapy because it is one less trip they need to take. Typically, patients can have therapy sessions very early in the morning before going to work, or late in the evening following work. The whole concept is to promote convenience and patient compliance.
Even individuals who are not currently considered “home-bound” can also benefit from exercise and strength training “at home”, we are not limited to the “home bound” criteria.
