Jan Adcock, PT graduated from VCU/MCV School of Physical Therapy with BSPT in 1976.  Also graduated from Appalachain Bible College with degree in Bible/Counseling in 1988.  Jan’s specialized in Peds with an NDT Certification in 1980.

Work history includes:

• Acute and rehab settings MCV Hospitals.

• Developed general rehab/restorative program/performed patient care at Hospital Evangelico Siguatepeque, Honduras.

• Moved to West Verginia and hired by RESA 1 to develop a school-based therapy model in five rural counties in southern West Virginia.

• Rehab Service Manager at small community hospital in Oak Hill, West Virginia included inpatient, outpatient, SNF.

• Home Health Care with Extend-A-Care in Beckley, West Virginia

• Memorial Hospital Home Health, since move to Tennessee

Home/Family:
Married to David, plastic surgeon;  4 sons, great daughter-in-law and 2 beautiful granddaughters;  live on Signal Mountain, Tennessee
