Dr. Nicole Uchida graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science. Then pursued her Doctor of Physical Therapy at South College in Knoxville where she graduated in 2017. She then continued her studies and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). She completed her pelvic floor training through The Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is continuing to educate herself on orthopedic conditions through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments (IAMT). She is currently serving patients at our Northshore location in Chattanooga.

Dr. Kelsey Sivley received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2014 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Western Carolina University in 2019. She then completed Emory University’s Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program in August 2020 and became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Kelsey began the pelvic floor program at Summit Physical Therapy and now treats patients at the Ooltewah clinic in Cambridge Square.

Caitlin Norton earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from East Tennessee State University in 2015, followed by an Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Walters State in 2019. Caitlin has over five years of experience with treating pelvic floor patients and focuses on athletics. Caitlin practices at the Soddy Daisy location of Summit Physical Therapy, where appointments can be scheduled following an initial evaluation.
